@bodybyjaneActive is the subscription based membership page of @Bodybyjane. Members are called ‘Tribers’ or ‘Trybers’. We are an association of friends committed to fitness, healthy eating and life style makeover. Love is our watchword.

Our programmes are organized in Seasons of six-week challenges or cycles. Each challenge is an intense exercise and dieting programme with a different emphasis.
